today woke up at 7. went to training. today our bdiv and us vs jurong.bdiv own like siao LOL..err .. as for the c 'div we got owned-.- i tink jurong beat us 40 pts..-.- we only had 6 players in c'div so far.. oknvm . dey keep on sub sub sub alot str. i first half still ok still got str. den when reach 3rd quarter i no energy liao-.- chiong for 3 quarters... at least the other ppl get to sub in our team.we didnt baowo underbasket , fastbreaks this and that. our defence oso horrible. letting opponent cross so easily... okay. after the match , went run up and down the stairs 20 times.. damit i perspired till my hand got wrinkles la lol..serious.. den my hand kinda cold .. dam freaking tired. ok nvm. match end abt 11 plus i tink.. den slack in the hall a while.. den go bathe and went to nearby market to eat mee pok:) ok .. took bus to mrt den came back.. dam tired stop here..
